Refunds are subject to the specific terms and conditions of each tour provider. Before booking a tour, we encourage you to review the individual refund policy associated with that tour. In general, refunds may be available under the following circumstances:
- Tour Cancellation: If your booked tour is canceled by the tour provider, you are eligible for a full refund. If you cancel before a dedicated deadline given in your trip, will be refunded the amount stands after transaction fees.
- Booking Errors: If there is an error in the booking process that prevents you from participating in the tour, a refund may be requested.
- Health and Safety Concerns: In cases where travel restrictions are imposed due to health or safety issues (e.g., pandemics), refunds may be applicable.
- Last seats Bookings: If two people book the same tour at the same time for the last seats, and both process their payments simultaneously, in this case, the refund will be processed for the individual who did not get the package.
2. Requesting a Refund
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

- Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted at the same time you cancel the trip.
3. Processing Time
Once your refund request is received, our team will review it in accordance with the applicable tour provider’s policies. You can expect to receive a response within 5-7 business days. If your refund is approved, the processing time to reflect the amount back to your original payment method may take an additional insert time frame, e.g., 5-10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider. We approve your refund request within 30 minutes, so it depends on payment service providers.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain fees may be non-refundable, such as:
- Service Fees: Any applicable service fees or administrative charges that were processed during booking.
- Third-Party Charges: Fees imposed by third-party providers that are not under our control.
